Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your Lapland Aurora World booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations
The following cancellation terms apply:
- More than 5 days before the experience: Free cancellation
- 2–5 days before the experience: 50% cancellation fee
- 1 day or less before the experience: 100% cancellation fee
Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method.
Changes to your booking
If you need to change the date, departure or other details of your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
If we need to cancel
Lapland Aurora World takes place in real Arctic winter conditions. Safety always comes first.
If weather conditions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unsafe or impossible to operate the experience, we may need to change or cancel your booking.
If we cancel your experience and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled experience.
Aurora Borealis
The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon and its appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Lapland Aurora World is designed as a complete Arctic night experience regardless of what happens in the sky. The absence of visible Aurora Borealis is therefore not grounds for cancellation, rescheduling or a refund.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Your experience begins with transportation from your selected pick-up point in Rovaniemi. Please be ready at the confirmed pick-up time.
If you miss your scheduled departure or do not arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time, we may not be able to delay the departure or arrange alternative transportation.
Missed departures and no-shows are non-refundable.
